CUSTOM ORDERS

For 2023, I'm able to offer a few limited spots for custom orders.

 

If you see something in my portfolio that you're interested in, I'd be happy to discuss creating a custom piece for you. Please note that custom inquiries will be considered on a case by case basis.  I reserve the right to decline any custom order request due to current availability or requests that do not reflect the integrity of my brand.

 

Please note that I will not recreate another artists' work and will not reproduce a design from an image that I receive.

My process is to work with a client to come up with an original design based on the techniques that I have researched and developed through my years of fused glass experience to create something that you will love for years to come.  Pricing will be based on each individual piece and will vary depending on size, complexity, materials required, preferred glass color & current glass inventory. I do stock many of the glass colors that you see in my past creations, however depending on availability, some materials or supplies may need to be special ordered with these costs being incorporated into the custom order quote.

Made to order and custom pieces are typically ready to ship in 10-14 business days from date of order, depending on quantity ordered, size and complexity of the design.  I will provide a lead time based on each individual order.

DESIGN FEE

A design fee of up to $250 will be assessed during the initial consultation and will be quoted before any work is completed.  If the client chooses to proceed with the order, this design fee will be applied to the invoice total, in addition to the item total and any shipping charges that may be applicable.  This fee varies depending on the complexity of the design and includes all aspects of the design creation from initial consultation, color sketches, digital layout when required, subsequent communications with the client regarding design selections or changes, and research and sourcing of materials or supplies.

PAYMENT

Payment for all custom orders is required in full at the time of order, before any supplies have been ordered or any work has begun. Work will commence once payment has been received.  Custom orders are non-refundable.

My preferred method of payment is by email money transfer.  I can also accept credit card payment via PayPal invoice, however all credit card payments will be subject to a service fee of 3.5% of the total order, which will be added to the invoice. I do not accept cancellations once the order has been finalized and the invoice has been issued.
