With a 99.9% successful shipping rate, every item is packed with the utmost care, using durable packing materials and proven packing methods to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Each parcel meets my rigid standards and is 100% intact when I transfer it to the shipping carrier.
While glass cannot be insured, returns or refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, though I'm not able to offer exchanges of items. Please contact Haven Glass Studio for further details of return consideration guidelines. Return shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.
Glass may break if dropped, so please handle with care once you've received your item(s), as a refund will not be offered in this case.
Custom orders and commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
Sale prices shall be in effect for the duration of sale dates only. Sale prices will not be applied to previously purchased items, therefore a refund will not be applied to an item retroactively once the sale has ended.
Altering, changing or adding to the glass once it is received is not recommended. Haven Glass Studio shall not be liable for damage or injury resulting in attempts to alter, change or add to a glass design in any way once it has been received by the customer.
